Regulatory Operations Director

At Alkegen, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Operations Director to join our team. This key role will support the General Manager and Senior Director of Operations in analyzing and predicting financial results, developing strategies for driving EBITDA, and mitigating risks across the Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of products, markets, financials, sales, and operations, with the ability to drive results to achieve short-term and long-term financial targets. They will also be able to set the vision and strategy for Plant Managers, gain alignment, and excel in execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for plant consolidations, supply chain optimization, inventory control, and capacity increase across the Business Unit.
  • Identifying and developing strategies for due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, as well as the integration of acquired companies within Alkegen.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, with a focus on talent development, performance management, and succession planning.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. They will also have experience working in a matrix organization, with influencing and networking skills to drive results internally and externally.
