Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As an Adults Services Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to vulnerable adults, including assessment, planning, and review. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that adults at risk receive the support they need to stay safe and well.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assess the needs of adults at risk and develop effective support plans
• Work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
• Provide regular updates to managers and stakeholders on adult safeguarding cases

**Requirements:**
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent
* Current Social Work England registration
* Significant frontline experience in Adults Services in the UK
