Job Description: Bartending Professional

Broughton (Northants) Social Club Limited invites applications for a skilled bartending professional to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a part-time position, primarily working weekends, with occasional Monday shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.

The hours of operation are Friday from 5 pm to 12:30 am, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 7:30 pm. This arrangement allows for flexibility, and we can consider splitting the hours between two individuals if needed.

During peak periods, such as Christmas, additional hours may be available, providing opportunities for overtime and enhanced earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar area, including filling drinks coolers.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and surrounding areas.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working behind a bar, including knowledge of barrel and gas system operations.
  • A valid driving license or proximity to the village, as public transportation options may be limited.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate, estimated at £9-11, reflecting industry standards and local factors.
