We are currently looking for team members to be part of the Food & Beverage Team specifically bar work.

Rushton Hall is a Grade I listed country house hotel in Kettering. We have been awarded 4 red stars and 3 rosettes by the AA, and strive to create an exquisite experience for our guests.

Our venue specializes in high quality food and service, accommodating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and private functions, weddings, and conferences. For dining experiences, we offer our Brasserie restaurant as well as our Fine Dining Tresham Restaurant, which boasts 3 rosettes and offers the highest quality of service. You will be trained in all areas of the FOH operations so no 2 days will be the same.

This is a varied position in which no two days will be the same.

Our FOH staff must:
Have previous experience in a similar role

Be over 18 years old

Be polite and professional

Have excellent communication skills

Be able to work effectively as part of a team

Be eligible to work in the UK

Part Time hours are also available. Please note the £11.44 rate of pay is based on a 23 year old wage.

Due to the rural location and some early starts or late finishes this job will fall outside of public transport times, please consider this before applying.

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
