We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team at Broughton (Northants) Social Club as a Bar Person. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working behind a bar, including knowledge of drinks dispensing systems, barrel changes, and gas handling.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, as well as ensuring that the drinks coolers are always fully stocked. This is a part-time position, mainly covering weekend shifts with some alternative Mondays to cover while other staff members are away.
As we are located in a rural village, applicants must be able to drive or live within walking distance. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, based on the hours worked, which could be split between two people if required. Please note that Christmas opening may involve additional hours.
