Bar Staff Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled bar staff member to join our team at Broughton (Northants) Social Club Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working effectively as part of a team.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum is offered for this role, along with opportunities for career development and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • Restock drinks coolers and maintain an adequate supply of beverages
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a bar or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of beer barrel changes and gas systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional weekdays
