We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Page Personnel Sales in Guildford. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment from clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices into our accounting system and post and allocate receipts accurately
- Reconcile accounts and prepare weekly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Run debtors reports to ensure timely payment from clients and manage credit control across group companies
- Process sales orders and upload specific invoices into payment portals
- Deal with 7-day notices and debt collection agencies to recover outstanding payments
- Respond to client email queries and bank reconciliation queries in a timely and professional manner
- Send out statements to clients and support the Group Financial Controller or Finance Director with ad hoc tasks as required
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in credit control or a related field
- Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary up to £32,000, 25 days annual leave, hybrid working (2 days from home), flexible working hours, and additional benefits.
