Job Summary

Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to fee earners, ensuring seamless legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and schedules
  • Answer telephone calls and take clear messages
  • Organise internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with clients via email or telephone
  • Assist fee earners with billing and credit control
  • Manage client records and maintain confidentiality
  • Co-ordinate fee earner movements and travel arrangements
  • Manage document production and file management

Requirements

  • Previous PA experience is essential
  • Previous experience within a legal or professional services setting is desirable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player with a flexible approach
