About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing exceptional service to our residents and contributing to the success of our retirement living developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate and organize activities, events, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintenance of records, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
