As a Residential Lodge Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our Home Owners. This dynamic position allows you to make a meaningful impact daily.
In this role, you will act as a 'friendly neighbour,' organizing activities, coordinating the lodge's operations, managing contractors, and conducting health and safety assessments, among other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance of the property while delivering exceptional service to Home Owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, interacting with various stakeholders including customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Ensure the lodge's success and the satisfaction of its residents through effective management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for outstanding customer service. You should possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor, with a genuine love for engaging with people. Your ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, combined with the assertiveness needed to ensure safety and security, will be essential.
Independence and initiative are key, as you will often work autonomously while managing a busy environment. Proficiency in administration and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, is required.
This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care.
