Job Description

About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing a high level of service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and organize events and activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and other colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
