Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administration: Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, and coordinating events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents.
- Background: Previous experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a retirement development or similar setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £22,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
