Job Title: Operational Leader

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly shift.

Salary: £29,336 per annum + 13% shift allowance on rotation.

  • Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure the operation achieves daily and weekly targets.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with shift managers to deliver results across the department.
