R&D Sales Director

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Sales Director to join their Hybrid Intelligence team. As a key member of the Expert Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior R&D stakeholders and CxOs in the Life Sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences (Biopharma, MedTech, ...) and a good understanding of the challenges faced by R&D teams. They will also have experience in consultative selling or delivery, including exposure to sizeable deals and complex programmes in the Life Sciences industry.
As an R&D Sales Director at Capgemini Engineering, you will be working closely with the Account Managers and Client Partners to develop effective sales strategies and plans that meet bookings targets for Hybrid Intelligence offers and capabilities within a defined account portfolio.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a range of core and flexible benefits, as well as a Peer Recognition Portal called Applaud.
