About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Analytical Development Director to lead our CMC analytical development activities from late stage to market application. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of all analytical aspects of biopharmaceutical CMC development, including late stage/commercial biopharmaceutical drug programs, assay and process validation, and biopharmaceutical late stage regulatory submissions. You will be responsible for managing the analytical team, contributing relevant CMC analytical data to late stage regulatory submissions, and overseeing development of analytical methods to support drug substance and drug product release and stability testing. You will also be expected to mentor and coach less experienced colleagues in scientific practices and theory, and build a network of external scientific contacts as both a contributor and recipient.
