About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team on Sandford Ward, Oxford.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with mental health needs. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care, promoting recovery and independence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and implementation under the supervision of experienced nurses.
  • Participate in delivering high-quality care as prescribed in individual care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships, recognizing and reporting relevant information to trained nursing staff.
  • Support clients in activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Contribute to general observations of clients' mental and physical health, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of relevant information.
