We are seeking an accomplished Health Coach/Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, along with certification as a health coach or nutritionist and relevant work experience. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The role involves creating and implementing comprehensive health and nutrition programs for clients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care, and tracking client progress to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement tailored wellness plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based nutrition and dietary advice
  • Mentor and motivate clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through consistent coaching sessions and personalized support
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of nutrition into patient care, enhancing overall health outcomes
  • Educate clients on nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Analyze client progress and adjust wellness programs as needed to optimize results
