About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Administrator to join our Transport Division at Ten Live Group. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Transport Division team, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including drivers, dispatchers, and other support staff.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
