We're looking for a Systems Support Administrator who will provide systems support to end users and project administration support as a member of the Business Applications team. In this non-technical role, you will be responsible for providing first-line business application support and assisting with system administration tasks for projects in relation to existing customers and mobilisations for new customer setups.

An element of travel will be required from time to time. The role will provide development opportunities and progression as your experience and knowledge of systems grows. You will be working as part of a multi-country support team and an element of support and cross-learning with the IT Support Analysts to ensure appropriate departmental cover is expected as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems support to end users
  • Assist with system administration tasks for projects
  • Work as part of a multi-country support team
  • Support and cross-learn with IT Support Analysts

Requirements:

  • Application knowledge (ERP/CAFM)
  • Experience within the FM industry would be desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate support and administration skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot system issues including errors
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
