Job Title: Systems Support Administrator

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Systems Support Administrator to join our Business Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line business application support and assist with system administration tasks for projects related to existing customers and mobilizations for new customer setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide systems support to end users and project administration support as a member of the Business Applications team.
  • Assist with system administration tasks for projects in relation to existing customers and mobilizations for new customer setups.
  • Work with a multi-country support team to ensure appropriate departmental cover is provided.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, including errors.
  • Travel throughout the UK and Ireland, with occasional international travel.
Requirements:
  • Application knowledge (ERP/CAFM)
  • Experience within the FM industry would be desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate support and administration skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and able to learn and understand applications and business processes quickly
