We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Gist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the site HR team, ensuring the efficient processing of HR-related tasks.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our HR system, producing regular reports as required.
- Perform various ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks, as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
