About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Aquaculture Sustainability Manager to lead our Sustainability & Development team. In this role, you will drive forward our sustainability goals and ensure regulatory compliance as we expand our marine farming operations.

You will be responsible for managing environmental surveys, collaborating with production and fish health teams, and overseeing regulatory compliance. Your leadership will contribute to our mission of sustainable aquaculture growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage environmental surveys, collaborate with production and fish health teams, and oversee regulatory compliance.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, collect and analyse sustainability data, and help compile net-zero action plans.
  • Work with industry partners to foster biodiversity and support our mission of sustainable aquaculture growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience in environmental management or a related field.
  • Experience in environmental monitoring or aquaculture (advantageous). Basic understanding of aquaculture regulations is beneficial, though full training will be provided.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. With a competitive salary and benefits package, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
