Senior Product Governance Manager

Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Governance Manager to join their Product team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and continuing to develop the Product Management process, ensuring that each product is fully managed from implementation through to the end of its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing required product changes to bring effective implementation of changes and closures.
  2. Ensuring that relevant Product Management and Product Governance processes are regularly reviewed.
  3. Managing the creation of Product Governance-owned materials.
  4. Managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of the Product Governance function and required support for and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  5. Building and maintaining a focused knowledge of regulations and keeping abreast of changes and developments.
  6. Actively contributing to product risk, fund, and thematic reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Governance and Product Management within the investment management sector, with good working knowledge of investor types, distributional channels, and the competitor landscape gained from working within the asset management sector.

A strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of information to identify and highlight key features and present these in a clear and concise manner, is also essential.
