Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Governance Manager to join our team at Schroders Personal Wealth. This role will be responsible for ensuring the governance routines are followed to deliver good client outcomes.

About the Role

As a Product Governance Manager, you will oversee the ACD Fund Ranges and be responsible for the following:

  • Product Governance: Ensuring governance routines are followed to deliver good client outcomes.
  • Continuous Product Management: Overseeing the ACD Fund Ranges.
  • Product Development Support: Assisting in product launches, obtaining regulatory permissions, and maintaining documentation.
  • Oversight of Share Classes and Pricing: Monitoring profitability and ensuring value for investors.
  • Fund Literature Compliance: Ensuring documents like KIDS and prospectuses are client-friendly and meet regulations.
  • Target Market Assessment: Conducting investor profiling and ongoing reporting.
  • Governance Presentations: Presenting at forums and committees.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Building relationships to provide timely information and analysis.
  • Team Representation: Advising on new initiatives within the organisation.
  • Client Communication: Engaging with key institutional clients, including SPW ACD's sister organisation, OpCo.
  • Board Reports: Support the production of key product-related Board documents, including the Assessment of Value, TCFD, and Consumer Duty annual report.

About You

We are looking for someone with extensive experience of Fund Product Governance, including the end-to-end set-up of fund products. You should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices, including COLL, FUND, PRIN, PROD, COBS, UCITS, and AIFMD.
