Product Governance Manager

At Schroders Personal Wealth, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ACD Product Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of good client outcomes through effective governance routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ACD and Opco teams to deliver new product-based initiatives
  • Ensure existing products and solutions remain relevant and compliant with regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee the ACD Fund Ranges and ensure governance routines are followed
  • Assist in product launches, obtain regulatory permissions, and maintain documentation
  • Monitor profitability and ensure value for investors
  • Support the production of key product-related Board documents

Requirements:

  • Experience working within Product Management in an asset management, insurance, or wealth management context
  • Extensive experience of Fund Product Governance, including the end-to-end setup of fund products
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Ability to make the complex simple and communicate effectively with stakeholders
