We are seeking an IT Product Governance Expert to join our team at BDO UK LLP.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT project and product governance, with experience in managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects and products.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain key project and product governance practices, including quality management and reporting, standards, methodologies, frameworks, checklists, and templates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on best practice, providing guidance on methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Implement internal procedures, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Promote the services of the team and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Chair project and product governance meetings and prepare materials for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in PMO or project/product governance role.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Competent in data management and reporting using modern tools like Office 365 and Power BI.
  • Confident presenting information and acting as a source of knowledge and guidance.
