Job Title: Mentor for Young Adults

The position of Mentor for Young Adults at Randstad UK is a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with learning disabilities and challenging behavioural needs. Our team provides quality care, support, and education to help these individuals reach their full potential.

About the Role:
As a Mentor for Young Adults, you will be responsible for delivering a service that meets all organisational and professional responsibilities. This includes having an understanding of how to respond and report disclosures and concerns of abuse effectively, as defined by the SBNI core policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a service that meets organisational and professional responsibilities
- Assist with supervision of young people's clothing, furnishings, and household equipment
- Support young people in educational work and leisure activities
- Accompany young people on outings, holidays, and visits

Requirements:
- 4 GCSEs A-C (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in similar roles working with young people with learning disabilities
- Must be flexible for evening, weekends, night, and day shifts as per rota requirements
- Enhanced vetting including an enhanced Access NI check
