Job Title: Clinical Investigations Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Investigations Manager to join our team. As a senior healthcare professional, you will be responsible for managing complex clinical concerns raised about Bank Members delivery of care, which require investigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cases showing compassion, responsiveness, and awareness of patient safety risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping and data storage throughout the investigation process.
- Handle and store all confidential information in line with information governance and data protection legislation.
- Follow all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
- NMC Registered with senior experience.
- Accountable for professional judgments and decisions.
- Awareness of the Data Protection Act 2018 and Safeguarding legislation.
- Generous annual leave allowance - 27 days per year, plus bank holidays.
