Adult Care Services Director

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum is the estimated salary range for this Full Time position. A 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, is standard. Hybrid working options are available from NHSP offices in Hemel Hempstead, Leeds or Manchester.
This role requires a Senior Healthcare Professional to investigate and manage serious and complex clinical concerns raised about Bank Members delivery of care. Investigation includes consulting with all parties, internal and external, gathering first-hand accounts.
Staff management experience, including competency skills and training, is necessary for this position. NMC Registration is required. Key responsibilities include investigating complaints and incidents according to NHS Professionals policies and procedures.
Patient safety risks awareness, record keeping accuracy, and data storage timeliness are critical aspects of this role. Confidential information handling and storage must comply with information governance and data protection legislation.
