Community Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Community Social Worker to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality social care services to adults experiencing mental health issues.
The successful candidate will possess strong post-qualification experience in social work and a deep understanding of legislation, theory, and policy related to adult care. You will be responsible for delivering recovery-focused care and support to service users and their carers, promoting choice, control, and independence.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- An appropriate professional social work qualification
- Registration with Social Work England

- Experience of working with adults with mental health issues and a strong understanding of relevant care groups
