About this role:

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team, responsible for managing a caseload of complex clinical concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate serious and complex clinical concerns raised about Bank Members delivery of care.
  • Consult with local authorities, police, legal representatives, union representatives, external investigators, and trust investigators.
  • Manage cases with compassion, responsiveness, and awareness of patient safety risks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record keeping and data storage throughout the investigation process.
  • Handle and store all confidential information in line with information governance and data protection legislation.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered with senior experience.
  • Accountable for professional judgments and decisions.
  • Familiarity with NHS Professionals Complaints and Incident Policy and Complaints and Incidents Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Awareness of Data Protection Act 2018 and Safeguarding legislation.

This is a Full Time position, working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week). The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the opportunity to work from one of NHSP's offices in Hemel Hempstead, Leeds, or Manchester.
