EYFS Teaching Assistant with SEN Experience

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a skilled Teaching Assistant to work within their EYFS classroom. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of vulnerable students.
You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to EYFS students with SEN needs, assisting with academic tasks and promoting positive behaviour management strategies. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning experiences.
A strong understanding of SEN requirements and a proven track record of supporting students with additional needs is essential. A degree or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is required. While previous experience working with children with additional needs is desirable, it is not necessary.
Responsibilities:- Support EYFS students with SEN needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver learning experiences.
- Assist in lesson planning and delivery.
Competitive hourly rate (£83-93), refer a friend scheme (£50 bonus), ongoing support and professional development opportunities through CPD courses and training sessions with the school.
