SEN Learning Assistant

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children with special education needs at our Independent Special Needs School in Nottingham.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), providing support across KS2 to KS5 on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience, as well as strong references supporting prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with special education needs in reaching their full potential
- Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised learning plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
