Esland Grantham School offers a unique learning environment that supports students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our team of experienced professionals uses the Turning the CurveTM model to empower students to overcome past challenges and achieve academic success.

Job Details

This is a term-time only position, with hours Monday to Friday during school terms. The salary for this role is £20,639 to £23,908, depending on experience, and includes comprehensive induction training. You will also be eligible for the Esland pension scheme and cycle-to-work scheme, as well as a "Refer a Friend" bonus of £500.
