Main Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a supportive and inclusive environment
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans and activities
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience of working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
