We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to achieve their daily goals and enjoy activities that bring them joy.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities to maintain their independence and manage their health and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality support and care
- Supporting service users with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and domestic duties
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.37
- Full training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role
- Flexible working hours, including day shifts and sleep ins
- The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users
