Join Our Team as an Assistant Service Manager

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and making a meaningful impact in your community?

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our Service Manager to lead and support our team, providing personalized support to individuals and collaborating with families, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to adults with learning disabilities and hold a QCF level 2 qualification. You will also possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
