The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our team at KG Services LTD. This part-time role offers flexible hours, allowing your administrative skills to flourish, while delivering essential support to our thriving business.
As an Administrative Support Associate, you will provide administrative support to our Managing Director and assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy office in Llandrindod Wells. With strong communication skills and a proven background in administration, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, recording minutes, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating meetings and recording minutes, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transport when required.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
