Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team in West Malling, Farnborough, or Watford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, with an estimated salary of £50-60k. You will receive full training, including sales and product training, as well as a company van, fuel, and tools provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and explain its features and benefits.
- Drive sales by understanding customers' needs and recommending the best solution.
- Represent our brand and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities within your area.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from survey through to installation.
