Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team in West Malling, Farnborough, or Watford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, with an estimated salary of £50-60k. You will receive full training, including sales and product training, as well as a company van, fuel, and tools provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and explain its features and benefits.
  • Drive sales by understanding customers' needs and recommending the best solution.
  • Represent our brand and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities within your area.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from survey through to installation.
