At TRS Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Executive to drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets, with a strong focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and talent development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive business forward.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German language proficiency is a plus.
