Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to boost their earnings and grow with a dynamic company.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing client meetings with warm, inbound leads and managing the initial sales process to secure deals. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own business leads and collaborate with our team to refine sales strategies.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30k base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £70k - £100k. Additionally, you will earn 10% on all sales up to £20k/month and 15% on all sales above £20k/month.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a talent for building rapport quickly. They will be ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to drive both personal and company growth.
In this role, you will enjoy a relaxed office environment with casual attire and a flexible work schedule. You will work Monday to Thursday in the office (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and enjoy Fridays working from home with shorter hours (8:30 AM to 2:00 PM).
The estimated annual salary for this role is around £60k - £80k, depending on performance.
