Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at the AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, working closely with our team of chefs to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with set procedures and recipes
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
