We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team by providing training and guidance on food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Review and manage food inventory, ordering, and waste control.
  • Develop and implement menu creation, including costings and nutritional information.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef in a similar environment.
  • Fluent in English, with any other language being an advantage.
  • Highly flexible and able to respond creatively to any situation.
  • Well-organized, clean, and resistant to stress.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ordering platforms.
