Job Title: Care Assistant - Residential

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Residential Care Team at Swallowcourt. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.

Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
