* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
* Administer medication, as required, and maintain accurate records
* Assist with waking night duties and provide emergency care, as needed

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a residential setting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
* Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on resident-centered care
