* Administer medication, as required, and maintain accurate records
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a residential setting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting resident independence
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
