- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a residential setting.
