Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dementia Care

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in a dementia care setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to our residents, working under the guidance of an experienced manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care to residents with dementia
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of resident care
  • Administering medication and monitoring resident needs
  • Leading a team of carers and liaising with outside professionals

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in dementia care
  • DBS clearance and good references
  • Awareness of core care standards and a professional attitude
