Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Nursing Home

Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (on a rota basis)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a nursing home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to our residents, many of whom have dementia and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, creating and working with individual care plans
  • Monitor and assess the needs of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Have a clean DBS and good references
  • Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
  • Have experience of caring for people with dementia
