About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our integrated respiratory team in Cornwall. As a Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients presenting to our CFT Integrated Community Respiratory Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Coordinate and lead Pulmonary Rehabilitation groups in West Cornwall
  • Supervise and educate junior staff and colleagues across the county on pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Undertake research and service development as necessary

Our Team

Our respiratory team is a multidisciplinary specialist community team including nursing, physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, dietetics, support workers, and administration. We deliver specialist respiratory care and support across all settings, including community hospitals, care homes, and individuals' homes.
